Youth Politicians Marathon: from idea to decision

On 15 October, the Youth Politicians Marathon was held at the Academy of Public Policy and Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan under the slogan “Give an idea, express an opinion, create the future together!”. Deputy Hokim of Tashkent City Durdona Rakhimova also took part in it.

The event was organised by the Youth Parliament under the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis in cooperation with the Central Asia Office of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, the European Union, the “Yuksalish” movement and the Academy.

At the marathon, areas such as youth leadership, digital policy, human capital and economic opportunities, and green development were discussed. Participants developed practical proposals and initiatives on topical issues.
