Citizens’ appeals are studied on site

On July 31, 2026, a personal reception was held by the Deputy Mayor of Tashkent City for Housing and Communal Services issues in the building of the Tashkent City People’s Reception Office.

📍During the reception, appeals, proposals, and complaints of citizens residing in Bektemir, Chilanzar, Uchtepa, and Yunusabad districts regarding the activities of management service companies, drinking and wastewater supply, natural gas use, and landscaping of territories were heard.

➡️For issues requiring additional study, it was decided to visit the addresses of the appeals together with specialists of the territorial departments, examine the situation on site, and take appropriate measures.
